Capturing Moments. A Review of Our Personalized Wine Label

A few days ago, a review came in from Malissa. Short and sweet, it simply said:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“Label came quick and as described! Awesome on the quick responses to messages as well. Will probably be ordering another through them very soon!”

And just like that, a smile.

It’s easy to scroll past reviews, to let them be part of the background noise of doing business online. But this one came with something extra: a photo. Her hand, painted nails wrapped around the neck of a cobalt blue wine bottle. On it, a custom label I had the joy of making; clean, simple, and full of intention.

Malissa created a gift for a couple she loved. Can’t you just see that bottle being uncorked with laughter, a toast, the clink of glasses, and a little slice of forever? Because with the work we do here at Taylor Street Favors, we get to be a small part of someone’s love story.

That bottle might end up on a shelf, in a memory box, or tucked in the corner of a photo years from now. It’s not just a label, it’s a timestamp. A marker of a beginning. A symbol of a shared name, a new last chapter title, and a whole novel waiting to be written.

When Derek and I started Taylor Street Favors, we weren’t just looking to be in the wedding industry. We wanted to be part of moments that matter.

I knew I loved design. I had a deep appreciation for the little things that make people pause and feel something; a wine label, a cake topper, a shared laugh at a party, a handwritten name tag that feels more like a hug than an introduction.

There’s something powerful about tangible things that carry emotion.

It’s not just about product, it’s about presence. And Malissa’s note reminded me of that.

She didn’t just get a label. She got a piece of a memory. And we got to play a small, meaningful part in it. That’s not something I take for granted.

So thank you, Malissa, for the kind words, the trust, and the reminder that behind every order is a celebration. A story. A promise made under the stars.

And if you’re reading this and thinking about your own next chapter, whether you’re planning a wedding, marking an anniversary, or throwing a party to celebrate chosen family. I hope you know there’s a place where little things are made with a lot of heart.
